Position:  Administration Assistant

General Duties: Data entry, Accounts Receivable, Assist with Human Resources, and Sales Administration as assigned.


  • Demonstrate good writing skills
  • Demonstrate good math skills
  • Demonstrate excellent people skills
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Must be dependable and have a flexible schedule Monday-Friday
  • Insurable by commercial carrier

Job Responsibilities:

  • Front Office Reception for walk-in and call-in guests
  • Data entry and settlement
  • Enter deliveries from all suppliers
  • Enter inventory adjustments
  • Submit RA’s
  • Other sales administration duties as assigned
  • Perform general clerical duties
